1 Hotel Nashville

Everything is a 10/10 - the location, service, and rooms completely exceeded my expectations. Even the building itself and the common areas are stunning. No detail is overlooked, and the showers alone deserve their own review. The natural materials and greenery create such a calming, zen atmosphere. I can honestly say I’ve never loved a hotel more. If you’re going to Nashville, stay here.

Went here for my bday and loved every minute, the service was amazing from start to finish. Rooms, drinks, even the soap was top tier! I visited the spa and that was the best part. Location is awesome and within walking distance from everything. They brought cake and champagne to my room and I felt so spoiled! I can’t wait to go back.

From the moment I arrived, the experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional! I arrived much earlier than anticipated, and instead of being an inconvenience, the staff was incredibly understanding, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help! Rebecca, the director, truly set the tone for our stay. I mentioned to her that I was meeting up with a close friend from back in the day and that it had been nearly 20 years since I had last seen her and that we were trying to rekindle an old relationship. Without hesitation, Rebecca and Tashaera, the concierge, went above and beyond to make the occasion feel special! They took the time to make sure everything about our stay was memorable, even surprising us with complimentary champagne and desserts, a thoughtful touch that meant more than they probably realize! It wasn’t just great service; it was heartfelt hospitality! This is the kind of place where the staff doesn’t just do their job, they genuinely care about your experience! Rebecca and Tashaera are absolute gems, and because of them, this hotel will always stand out as a place I’d happily return to and recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I wish we could give more than 5 stars for service and rooms. We stayed at 1Hotel on our way from Florida to Chicago. The location is convenient with close access to the highway as well as a number of attractions. The hotel is beautiful with a modern and clean design aesthetic, that naturally helps you relax. However, the best part of the stay was the exceptional service. Codi made us feel welcome even before we came to the hotel, with great suggestions for us to spend the evening in Nashville. Custom cards and sweet treats for Christmas Eve added an extra special touch to our experience. Jarius is knowledgeable about Nashville and such a great host. We forgot something in the hotel and the front desk staff was very accommodating and promptly helped us. Everyone on the staff is warm and go above and beyond to help the guests. 1Hotel team, Thank you for making our Christmas extra memorable!

We had an outstanding experience at 1 Hotel Nashville. The hotel is relaxing and beautiful, filled with live plants, but what really stands out is the team. Every interaction felt warm and attentive, without being overbearing. There’s a real sense of care that comes through in how the team works together. We happened to be here during Winter Storm Fern, when much of the city was dealing with significant disruption. Even then, the hotel felt calm, organized, and genuinely welcoming. We were staying with our dog, and the staff was just as thoughtful with him as they were with us, which we really appreciated. It’s rare for a newer hotel to earn the trust of locals so quickly, but this one has. It’s now our go-to recommendation for friends visiting Nashville who want a special experience, and even as locals, we’ll be back for the restaurants and the service.

Our business group had a terrific stay - beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and excellent service. Codi - at the front desk - deserves extra recognition. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She made the entire stay memorable, and I hope her management teams realized how terrific she is as the face of the hotel.

I’ve booked my staying in 1 hotel for 11 nights. As soon as I’ve arrived Sophia at reception and she gave me a couple great tips where to eat and where I should have fun ( special thanks to Sofia). After a couple night staying, I came back from gym I notice the room had a weird smell so took a shower when down stairs for breakfast on the way back I met Mostafa at reception and I told him about the smell. He right away took an action and offered to relocate me to new room and he offered a bigger suit with separate bedroom (great upgrade) but I decided to tick to the same room as mine. For the gesture, he offered a complimentary drinks, which I accepted the red wine. I moved my stuff to new room and went to Broadway after a couple hours. I came back to my room and I saw this (photo attached) incredible table and amazing notes. Thanks, Mustafa and one hotel hands-down the service has been incredible so far. I am super happy and thrilled that I choose one hotel.

A unique and wonderful experience at 1 Hotel. The bed is comfortable, the room configuration is well thought out. The only downside is the water closet is not very private. Hotel staff is very professional. We also enjoy massages at their spa. It has a steam room and sauna. The eucalyptus is a bit overpowering but it’s a very nice spa. I would highly recommend this hotel.
